Trevor Isberg, B.S., ACSM Certified Personal Trainer received a Bachelors of Science degree in General Exercise Science and Recreation from Colorado State University at Pueblo in May 2011. He is also holds a certification as a personal fitness trainer from the American College of Sports Medicine.
Trevor is a Colorado native born and raised in Englewood. While attending Englewood High School he excelled in athletics including soccer and track. He excelled as a soccer player and in 2006 was an All- Conference soccer player. He went on to play two years of collegiate soccer at Colorado State University at Pueblo as a mid-fielder and defender.
While in college Trevor found his new love in the exercise department and the gym at the university. He took classes including upper and lower extremity evaluation, functional exercise, and sports psychology classes.
Trevor trains his clients from a private personal training gym, Total Health and Exercise. Which is located conveniently in the South Denver areas of the DTC, Greenwood Village, Englewood, Centennial, Cherry Hills Village, Littleton, Lone Tree, and Highlands Ranch.
Total Health and Exercise, Personal Training Gym is a non-membership private personal training facility. Which provides certified independent Denver personal trainers a location to train their clients. The facility is a total of 2000sqf with locker rooms, showers, free towel service, and a large selection of new functional training equipment. The fitness trainers are very diverse in their training and knowledge. You can choose from many health and wellness programs from; sports conditioning, weight management, strength training, general health, and men or women weight loss.
